No Obligation to Mitigate Damages; Effect on Other Contractual Rights. Employee will not be required to mitigate damages or the amount of any payment provided for under this Employment Agreement by seeking other employment or otherwise, nor will any payment provided for under this Employment Agreement be reduced by any compensation earned by Employee as the result of employment by an employer other than the Company or a direct or indirect parent, subsidiary or affiliate of the Company after the Employment End Date, or otherwise.
