No Obligation to Mitigate; Set Off Under Certain Circumstances. In the event of any termination of Executive’s employment under this Section 4, Executive shall be under no obligation to seek other employment or to mitigate damages, and no payment provided for in this Agreement shall be reduced by any compensation earned by Executive as the result of employment by another employer, or from self-employment, after the termination of his employment with Employer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall be deemed to prevent Employer from setting off against any amounts due to Executive under this Agreement any amounts due from Executive to Employer as of the date of such payment.
