No Obligation to Proceed Before Collection on LOC; No Notice of Amendments to Final Plat Required to Issuer of LOC. No provision of this Agreement, or any other agreement between the parties, shall be interpreted to require the Obligee to proceed against the Obligor before first proceeding to collect from the Letter of Credit attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference, as Exhibit C. There shall be no notice required to the issuer of the LOC of any amendments to the Final Plat.
