NO OBLIGATION TO PRODUCE. If a Participant forfeits its Participating Interest, any decision to place the Properties into production is at the sole discretion of the remaining Participant (as determined through the Management Committee) and if the Properties are in or are placed into production, such other Participant may curtail or terminate any such operation as it determines.
