No Obligation to Prosecute or Maintain Registrations. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, no Party or any member of its Group shall have any obligation to seek, perfect or maintain any protection for any of its Intellectual Property. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, no Party or any member of its Group shall have any obligation hereunder to file or prosecute any application for registration or to maintain any registration of Intellectual Property.
