No Obligation to Prosecute Patents. Except as expressly set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, including in the Exhibits, no party shall have any obligation to seek, perfect, or maintain any protection for any of its Intellectual Property Rights. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, except as expressly set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, including in the Exhibits, no party shall have any obligation to file any Patent application, to prosecute any Patent, or secure any Patent rights or to maintain any Patent in force.
