Common use of No Obligation to Provide Capital or Funding Clause in Contracts

No Obligation to Provide Capital or Funding. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.10, the Parties agree that, after the Separation, Lazard Group shall have no obligation to provide capital or other funding or services with respect to any Fund managed by LAI Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries that is formed after the date hereof, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Lazard Group after the date hereof.
