The Subordinated Creditor acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is executed and delivered to the Senior Lender to induce the Senior Lender to make financial accommodations available to the Borrower, but this Agreement does not obligate the Senior Lender to make any financial accommodations available to the Borrower.
