Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, no Party, or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries, is obligated by this Agreement to provide any other Party with any technical assistance or to furnish any other Party with, or obtain, any documents, materials, instructions, corrections, updates or other information or technology.
