Executive represents and warrants that Executive is not under any obligation to any person or other third party and does not have any other interest which is inconsistent or in conflict with this Agreement, or which would prevent, limit, or impair Executive’s performance of any of the covenants hereunder or Executive’s duties as an employee of the Company.
