Common use of No Obligation to Use Clause in Contracts

No Obligation to Use. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to obligate the Client to use the Services. The initial use, the extent of use, and the continuation of use of the Services by the Client shall at all times be within the sole discretion and control of the Client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client’s failure to use the Services shall not relieve the Client of any of its obligations hereunder, including without limitation payment obligations.
