No obligations imposed on Mortgagee. Without prejudice to paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 of the Merchant Shipping Xxx 0000, the Owner shall remain liable to perform all obligations connected with the Mortgaged Premises and the Mortgagee shall not, in any circumstances, have or incur any obligation of any kind in connection with the Mortgaged Premises.
