No Obligations to Third Parties. In connection with the Project, Contractor agrees and shall require that it’s agents, employees, subcontractors agree that the City shall not be responsible for any obligations or liabilities to any third party, including its agents, employees, subcontractors, or other person or entity that is not a party to this Agreement. Notwithstanding that the City may have concurred in or approved any solicitation, subcontract, or third party contract at any tier, neither City shall have any obligations or liabilities to such other party.
