No Obstruction by Allottee for Addition. of Plots in the Said Property: The Promoter shall be entitled to purchase additional plots adjacent to the Said Property or can enter into joint venture agreement for development of any plots adjacent to the Said Property and amalgamate the same with the Said Property and construct additional building/buildings therein and the Allottee shall not obstruct or object to the same in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.
