The Subscriber has not received, nor has it requested, nor does it have any need to receive, any offering memorandum, or any other document (other than financial statements, interim financial statements or any other document, the content of which is prescribed by statute or regulation) describing the business and affairs of the Corporation which has been prepared for delivery to, and review by, prospective subscribers in order to assist it in making an investment decision in connection with this Offering and it has not become aware of any advertisement in printed media of general and regular paid circulation (or other printed public media) or on radio, television or telecommunications or other form of advertisement (including electronic display such as the Internet) with respect to the distribution of the Common Shares;
