No Offsets or Reductions. Except as specifically provided above, the amount of any payment provided for in this Section 6.5. shall not be reduced offset or subject to recovery by Company by reason of any compensation earned by Executive as the result of employment by another employer after the Date of Termination, or otherwise. Executive’s entitlements under Section 6.5. of this Agreement are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any rights, benefits or entitlements Executive may have under the terms or provisions of any Plan.
