Common use of No Omissions Clause in Contracts

No Omissions. Consultant acknowledges that Consultant was given an opportunity to review all documents forming this Agreement before signing this Agreement in order that it might request inclusion in this Agreement of any statement, representation, promise or provision that it desired or on that it wished to place reliance. Consultant did so review those documents, and either every such statement, representation, promise or provision has been included in this Agreement or else, if omitted, Consultant relinquishes the benefit of any such omitted statement, representation, promise or provision and is willing to perform this Agreement in its entirety without claiming reliance on it or making any other claim on account of its omission.
