No Option. The execution of this Lease by Tenant and the delivery of the same to Landlord shall not constitute a reservation of or option for the Premises or an agreement by Landlord to enter into a lease with Tenant and this Lease shall become effective only if and when Landlord’s executes and delivers the same to Tenant; provided, however, that the execution and delivery of this Lease by Tenant to Landlord shall constitute an irrevocable offer by Tenant to lease the Premises on the terms and conditions herein contained, which offer may not be withdrawn or revoked by Tenant for thirty days after execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord.
