Common use of No Oral Change or Termination Clause in Contracts

This Agreement and the exhibits and appendices appended hereto and incorporated herein by reference, if any, constitute the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no change, modification or discharge hereof in whole or in part shall be effective unless such change, modification or discharge is in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement of the change, modification or discharge is sought.
