No Oral Modification or Continuing Waivers. No term or provision of this Trust Indenture or the Secured Certificates may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee, in compliance with Section 9.01 hereof. Any waiver of the terms hereof or of any Secured Certificate shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
