No Oral Modification or Continuing Waivers. Subject to Section 10.08 of the Credit Agreement, no terms or provisions of this Aircraft Security Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the Grantor and the Trustee. Any waiver of the terms hereof shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
