Common use of No Oral Modification or Continuing Waivers Clause in Contracts

No Oral Modification or Continuing Waivers. No term or provision of this Agreement or the Equipment Notes may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the Owner and the Mortgagee. Any waiver of the terms hereof or of any Equipment Note shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
