Common use of No Oral Modifications or Continuing Waivers Clause in Contracts

No Oral Modifications or Continuing Waivers. No terms or provisions of this Pass Through Agreement, any Series Supplement, or any Pass Through Certificates may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party or other person against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought; and any waiver of the terms hereof or thereof shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
