Common use of No Oral Modifications or Continuing Waivers Clause in Contracts

No Oral Modifications or Continuing Waivers. No terms or provisions of this Mortgage or the Notes may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party or other Person against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought and any other party or other Person whose consent is required pursuant to this Mortgage; and any waiver of the terms hereof or of any Note shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
