No Oral Modifications or Continuing Waivers. No term or provision of this Security Agreement or the Loan Certificates may be changed, waived, discharged, or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by Borrower and Security Agent, in compliance with Section 6.1. Any waiver of the terms hereof or of any Loan Certificate shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
