Common use of No Oral Modifications or Continuing Waivers Clause in Contracts

No Oral Modifications or Continuing Waivers. No terms or provisions of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the Borrower and the Liquidity Provider and any other Person whose consent is required pursuant to this Agreement; provided that no such change or other action shall affect the payment obligations of JetBlue or the rights of JetBlue without JetBlue’s prior written consent; and any waiver of the terms hereof shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
