No Oral or Implied Representations. Sponsor acknowledges that all terms and conditions of this Sponsorship Agreement are in writing as fully set forth in this document and Exhibit A attached hereto. The School District shall not be bound by any oral or implied agreements, warranties or representations purportedly made to Sponsor by the School District or their employees.
