Common use of No Order or Proceeding Clause in Contracts

No Order or Proceeding. No Order by any Government Authority, threat by any Government Authority which is evidenced in writing, or Proceeding which in all reasonable likelihood might prohibit or render illegal Buyer's consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall be in effect; and

No Order or Proceeding.
