Common use of No Other Accounts Clause in Contracts

No Other Accounts. The Borrower shall not open or maintain or cause to be opened or maintained with any bank or other financial institution any deposit, savings or other account other than the Collateral Accounts and any other accounts expressly permitted by the Financing Documents or otherwise established with the consent of the Collateral Agent.

No Other Accounts. The Borrower shall not open or maintain or cause to be opened or maintained with any bank or other financial institution any deposit, savings savings, securities or other account other than the Collateral Accounts and any other accounts expressly permitted by the Financing Documents or otherwise established with the consent of the Collateral AgentAccounts.
