No Other Agreements or Options. Except for Purchaser's rights under this Agreement and for rights under the Existing Shareholder Agreements, no Person has any written or oral agreement or option, or any right or privilege capable of becoming an agreement or option, for the purchase or other acquisition from the Vendor of any of the Purchased Shares shown as owned by the Vendor in Schedule A.
