No Other Agreements to Sell. Seller represents that it has made no agreement with, and covenants that it will not enter into any agreement with, and has no obligation (absolute or contingent) to, any other person or firm to sell, transfer or in any way encumber the Property or any of Seller's interest in the Property or to not sell the Property or any of Seller's interest in the Property or to enter into any agreement with respect to a sale, transfer or encumbrance of or put or call right with respect to the Property.
