No Other Amendment; Definitions. Except as specifically modified and amended pursuant to Section 1 hereof, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without revision thereto. Moreover, all capitalized terms used in this First Amendment, unless otherwise defined herein or the context specifically provides otherwise, shall have the same meanings herein as attributed to such terms in the Agreement.
