Common use of No Other Broker Clause in Contracts

No Other Broker. Except for the arrangements set forth on Schedule 4.27, which shall constitute Transaction Expenses, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has entered into any agreement with any Person to pay any broker’s, finder’s or similar fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
