Common use of No Other Control Clause in Contracts

No Other Control. The submission of sales, advertising and promotional materials to Licensor for approval thereof under the terms of Section 6.01 shall be solely for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the standards, and Licensor shall have no right with respect to approval of pricing, selection of specific products and services, or any other aspect of the business of Company.
