No Other Disposition Clause Samples
No Other Disposition. Except as expressly permitted hereunder or under the U.S. Commercialization Agreement, no disposition or disposal of any FINISHED PRODUCT, BULK DRUG PRODUCT or API to AVENTIS or otherwise, shall be made by GENTA or any of its Subcontractors without the advance approval of the SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM.
No Other Disposition. Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, *** will not dispose of any Product without the advance written approval of SuperGen. If SuperGen approves any such disposition of Product, then *** will carry out such disposition in accordance with applicable Regulatory Requirements.
No Other Disposition. Except as expressly permitted hereunder, no disposition or disposal of any API shall be made by Avecia without the advance written approval of Genta, and any such disposition or disposal of API shall comply with all applicable Regulatory Requirements.
