Common use of No Other Distribution Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Other Distribution Agreements. The Partnership is not a party to any sales agency or distribution agreements or similar arrangements with any agent or other representative similar in nature to the equity distribution program established by this Agreement, other than agreements that have been terminated on or prior to the date hereof. Any certificate signed by any officer of any Enterprise Party and delivered to any Manager pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed a representation and warranty by the Enterprise Parties signatory thereto, as to the matters covered thereby, to such Manager.
