NO OTHER ENTITLEMENT TO BENEFITS UNDER AGREEMENT. Except as set forth in Section 7 or Section 8 of this Agreement, following a termination governed by Section 7 or Section 8, the Executive shall not be entitled to any other compensation or benefits, except as may be separately negotiated by the parties and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in writing in conjunction with the termination of Executive's employment.
