Common use of No Other Exemptions Clause in Contracts

No Other Exemptions. During the Term of this Agreement, Developer agrees not to apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Property or the Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the Term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.

No Other Exemptions. During the Term term of this Agreement, Developer agrees not to apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Property or the Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the Term term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.

During the Term term of this Agreement, Developer agrees not to apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Development Property or the Building including Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the Term term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.

During the Term term of this Agreement, Developer agrees and Employers agree not to apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Development Property or the Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the Term term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.
