Common use of No Other Exemptions Clause in Contracts

No Other Exemptions. During the term of this Agreement, Developer and Expansion Property Purchaser agree not to apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Property or the Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.

During the term of this Agreement, Developer and Expansion Property Purchaser agree agrees not to apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Property or the Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.

During the term of this Agreement, Developer and Expansion Property Purchaser agree agrees that Developer shall not, without City’s consent which shall not to be unreasonably withheld, apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Development Property or the Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.

During the term of this Agreement, Developer and Expansion Property Purchaser Employers agree not to apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Development Property or the Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.

During the term of this Agreement, Developer and Expansion Property Purchaser agree agrees not to apply for any state or local property tax exemptions which are available with respect to the Development Property or the Building including Minimum Improvements located thereon that may now be, or hereafter become, available under state law or city ordinance during the term of this Agreement, including those that arise under Iowa Code Chapters 404 and 427, as amended.
