No Other Express Warranty. Except as otherwise provided by applicable statutory law (cf. Sec. 5 d) and 5 e) above) or unless modified in writing and signed by an officer of Peimar, the Limited Warranty set forth herein is the only express warranty (whether written or oral) by Peimar applicable to the Products and no one is authorized to restrict, expand or otherwise modify this Limited Warranty.
