As of the Funding Date, no Grantor holds any Instruments, Documents or Tangible Chattel Paper required to be pledged and delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5(b) of this Security Agreement other than as set forth on Schedule 4(f) hereto. All such Instruments, Documents and Tangible Chattel Paper have been delivered to the Administrative Agent.
