Other than through the Companies, the Seller, directly or indirectly, individually or with others, does not own, manage, operate, control, participate in, perform consultation services for, and is not connected in any manner with the ownership, management, operation or control of any business similar to, or competitive with, the business of the Companies or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. All activities of the Seller in the Business are conducted by the Companies. All income of the Seller generated from the conduct of the Business is generated by the Companies.
