No Other Licenses; No Assignments. Other than the license expressly set forth above, neither Party is granting to the other any license or sublicense, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. Except as otherwise expressly stated, nothing in this Agreement is intended to transfer title to or other ownership interest in any intellectual property right. The foregoing grant of sublicense does not constitute a non-infringement representation, warranty or covenant.
