No other means of transfer. You may only assign your rights and obligations by following the transfer procedure in this clause 12. Any other attempt by you to assign any of your rights under this Agreement or any attempt by your creditors to obtain an interest in your rights under this Agreement shall not be recognised by us and may render the Domain Name registration void at our sole discretion.
