No Other Modifications. All of the other terms and conditions of the Agreement, except to the extent expressly provided for to the contrary in this Amendment, shall remain in full force and effect.
No Other Modifications. Except as specifically modified hereby, the Participation Agreement remains in full force and effect.
No Other Modifications. Except to the extent amended hereby, the terms of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and unaffected hereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the extent of, and in accordance with, its terms.

No Other Modifications. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Purchase Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This Amendment and the Purchase Agreement shall be read together as one agreement, and all references to “this Agreement” in the Purchase Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Purchase Agreement as modified and amended by this Amendment other than references to the “date of this Agreement” or similar references which shall continue to refer to June 17, 2019.
No Other Modifications. Except as specifically modified herein, the Agreement remains in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. All references in the Agreement to the “Agreement” shall be deemed to be references to the Agreement as amended hereby. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this Amendment, it is understood and agreed that the provisions of this Amendment shall control.
No Other Modifications. Except as specifically modified hereby, the Participation Agreement remains in full force and effect. If this Amendment conflicts in any way with the terms of the Participation Agreement, the terms of this Amendment shall control.
No Other Modifications. Except as specifically modified herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Convertible Promissory Note shall continue in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and affirmed.
