Common use of No Other Optional Prepayments Clause in Contracts

No Other Optional Prepayments. Except as provided in Section 5.2 hereof or in accordance with an offer made in compliance with Section 6 or Section 8.7 hereof, the Company shall not make any optional prepayment (whether directly or indirectly by purchase or other acquisition) in respect of the Amended Notes.
