Common use of No Other Payment or Monies Owed Clause in Contracts

No Other Payment or Monies Owed. You agree that on signing this Agreement, You have been compensated by the Company in full for all wages and vacation pay earned and accrued by You through the Termination Date and that, except for the Severance Pay described in Paragraph 2 and all other benefits set forth in Paragraph 2 above, no other wages, or compensation of any kind whatsoever are owed to You or will be paid to You. You understand and agree that except for the Severance Pay and such other benefits in Paragraph 2, You are not eligible and shall not receive any other separation payment from the Company in connection with Your employment, termination or executing this Agreement.
