Common use of No Other Payments or Monies Owed Clause in Contracts

No Other Payments or Monies Owed. [EMPLOYEE] acknowledges, understands and agrees that [EMPLOYEE] has been or will be compensated by the Company in full for all wages and other pay earned and accrued by [EMPLOYEE] through the Termination Date and that, except for the Payment described in paragraph 1 above, no other wages, bonuses, vacation pay, or other payments or compensation of any kind whatsoever are owed to [EMPLOYEE] or will be paid to [EMPLOYEE] by the Company. [EMPLOYEE] further acknowledges, understands and agrees that except for the Payment described in paragraph 1 above, [EMPLOYEE] is not eligible to receive and will not receive any other separation or severance pay from the Company in connection with [EMPLOYEE]’s employment, the termination of [EMPLOYEE]’s employment or [EMPLOYEE]’s execution of this Agreement.
