No Other Powers-of-Attorney, Etc. None of the Project Entities has executed and delivered any powers of attorney or similar documents, except the power of attorney granted to DOE with respect to the Cash Grant and except as provided (i) to its respective directors, agents, representatives and employees in the Ordinary Course of Business, and (ii) in connection with Permitted Liens.
