No Other Powers of Attorney. Execute or deliver any agreement creating any lien (other than Permitted Liens), powers of attorney (other than powers of attorney for signatories of documents permitted or contemplated by the Operative Documents), or similar documents, instruments or agreements, except to the extent such documents, instruments or agreements comprise part of the Security Documents.

No Other Powers of Attorney. Execute or deliver any agreement creating any lien (other than Permitted Liens), powers of attorney (other than powers of attorney for signatories of documents permitted or contemplated by the Operative Transaction Documents), or similar documents, instruments or agreements, except to the extent such documents, instruments or agreements comprise part of the Security Documents.

No Other Powers of Attorney. Execute or deliver (and ensure that no other Obligor executes or delivers) any agreement creating any lien (other than Permitted Liens), powers of attorney (other than powers of attorney for signatories of documents permitted or contemplated by the Operative Transaction Documents), or similar documents, instruments or agreements, except to the extent such documents, instruments or agreements comprise part of the Security DocumentsDocuments or are required to be executed or delivered in the Company’s or such other Obligor’s ordinary course of business.

No Other Powers of Attorney. Execute None of the Obligors shall, execute or deliver any agreement creating any lien Lien (other than Permitted Liens), powers of attorney (other than powers of attorney for signatories of documents permitted or contemplated by the Operative Property Documents or provided for in the Property Documents), or similar documents, instruments or agreements, except to the extent such documents, instruments or agreements comprise part of the Security Loan Documents or the Prepetition Loan Documents.

No Other Powers of Attorney. Execute or deliver any agreement creating any lien Lien (other than Permitted LiensEncumbrances), powers of attorney (other than powers of attorney for signatories of documents permitted or contemplated by the Operative Documents), or similar documents, instruments or agreements, except to the extent such documents, instruments or agreements comprise part of the Security DocumentsFinancing Agreements.
