No Other Promises or Inducements. There are no promises or inducements that have been made to any party hereto to cause such party to enter into this Amendment other than those that are set forth in this Amendment. This Amendment has been entered into by each Credit Party freely, voluntarily, with full knowledge, and without duress, and, in executing this Amendment, no Credit Party is relying on any other representations, either written or oral, express or implied, made to any Credit Party by Agent or any Lender. Each Credit Party agrees that the consideration received by each Credit Party under this Amendment has been actual and adequate.
