No other regulated activities. Nothing in this Agreement shall require the Collateral Account Bank to carry on an activity of the kind specified by any provision of Part II (other than article 5 (accepting deposits)) of the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001, or to lend money to the Issuer.
